Win 7 64 bit.. FF 57.0 updated via the internal updater. Working well along with Sandboxie.

It was available yesterday, however, there were 4 Release Candidates built, and one hopes that the final RC was the version being linked by MajorGeeks.

I've replaced any extensions with equivalents and updated on Windows. I must say I'm quite pleasantly surprised. I'm just waiting for the Ubuntu version now.

I'm disappointed with NoScript. You would figure that after 14 Betas and 4 Release Candidates, they would be ready. And to add insult to injury, when clicking the "Find a Replacement" button, it goes to their Competition.

It was supposed to be ready. Evidently, they hit one of those "glitches".

I don't like the look and feel of this new Chrome, Edge, Firefox. :thumbd:

Now I see why they changed their Add-on store.

Also, I have FF set to open the Home page but it is opening a New Tab page. What's up with that?

It would have been nicer if the new NoScript version was ready but I can wait. My plan is to update to Firefox 57 after NoScript releases NoScript 10.

I meant I updated the browser to 57. Before this I removed any legacy extensions and replaced them with compatible ones.

    I only have five anyway.

I know Bo, but when it's Stated "Before Firefox 57 is released in the stable channel, a pure WebExtension NoScript will be available an you'll be automatically migrated to it" and then nothing happens, that's when disappointment sets in. I guess we all have to wait.

I know what you mean J R, I have all day constantly been checking for the updated version, and nothing as of yet. But I tested the development version the other day in Firefox 58 and worked out flawlessly. I could not find anything wrong with it. So, I know in time, NoScript is going to be just fine and thats what matters to me.

Anyone using the LastPass extension for the new version of Firefox? When I clear out all cache, cookies, etc I have to re-enter in my 2FA each time (instead of waiting 30 days like normal.)

Works fine in Chrome, just this new Firefox is hosed. Thanks.

I've been having this issue even without clearing my cookies. Very annoying.

Updated to Firefox 57 today on the Mac and have found no problems so far. Running Webroot's Password Manager which is built on the LastPass foundation I believe and having no problems with it also. :thumb: :D
