WinPE creation is available on both Unregistered and Pro versions. Seemingly, the program takes and utilizes host OS files to create the PE, hence it can result a 7 or 8.1 or 10 PE.

• Unregistered creates an unregistered PE too. As expected.
• Pro (registered) creates a registered PE too. As expected.

Amusingly, ParititionGuru x86 can create a dual UEFI/MBR bootable pendrive IF it's FAT32 formatted.
