How lightweight is zemana antilogger (or antimalware) compared with voodooshield?

 

I've had ZAL running on my system since it was offered free lifetime beta testing and never know it's there very light for me, I have no experience on VS.

 

ZAM is very light... designed to run alongside your primary AV for extra protection.

A few months ago i got a 720 day, 2 year promo lic for ZAM for free. Today that 700 days left on it went down to 124 days left

 

Did you send a email for them ask for why ?

I also had a same problem , but not on ZAM , is Zemana Mobile AntiVirus ,
I also install ZMA on my Android phone , using the giveaway license with 365days ,
however a month ago , i upgrade the ZMA by Google Play , after installed , reopen the App ,
my ZMA license had just disappear itself , no longer for it .

I try to enter the same giveaway license again , but all i got is " ERROR " or " NOT VERIDIED " message .

The strange thing is , i had other Android Tablet , also using same license , still working until now with out any issue .


Your problem just remind me , i think i should send a other email to them when i have free time .

 

It happened the same day that i got a error message after boot that zam could not load any sigs from the cloud, so i launched the gui and did something and it got to the cloud. Also that day or the day before, after boot ZAM was using high cpu so i had to restart the desktop. Every once in a while ZAM is using high cpu after boot, so i have to restart. It looks like they change or stop the giveaway license after awhile, hoping that you like it and will pay up now for a license.

 

Same here, except i was stupid enough to build a clean Win7 x64 system around ZAM's "751 days" giveaway action.From 751 via 119 to "ZAM encountered an error & need to close" in just 3 calendar days is a little too much for me.
