I have only reported what a review of Avira Pro 2015 was describing as its features. The link to the review has been removed by a moderator as the website is not recommended by Wilders (!?)...

Osaban, the issue with the posted Review Web site is that it is an Affiliate Marketing site.

If you look at the Avira site links in that review, the domain's URL shows a linkAV/Avira ending. When the link is clicked, a JavaScript function is triggered, and the Avira URL is appended with channel, source, and medium details.

If one were to buy Avira from that page, the Affiliate Marketing site would receive a portion of the sales, and although they state that in their site:
they only review Paid products! Besides, most of the info found in these Fake Review sites, can be gathered from a software vendor's own site, for FREE. That's the reason why Wilders does not recommend these types of sites, and we remove those links when found.

It's also against our Terms of Service:

JRViejo, thanks for explaining why the link was removed. The only reason to link my post to that site (which was picked at random with a quick Google search) was to supply the source of the quote in my post. I would also add that I trust moderators’ decisions, and I did not mean to dispute your action.

Please, if anyone would answer me this: So Avira uses 1024 mb of Ram, just how long it would take to reach to use 8 gb of ram, and how long would it take to reach 16 gb of ram (I have 16 gb of ram), I'm asking this because it seems to me that Avira will just get bigger and bigger, and that's why I'm so paranoid about installing it on my computer.ok, you might find this stupid, but the ram memory thing scares a hell out of me.
Based on my own personal experience Avira is the best antivirus I used so far, but that ram memory thing really tells me stay out of this.
Than there is also hard disk problem how much hard disk Avira will take?

Because my C: partition I put space of 97.1 gb, while 70.5 gb are totally free.while my D: partition is 638 gb, of that 637 gb are totally free; plus 195 gb which is unallocated partition/space plus system recovery space which is 500 mb, maybe I should increase the size of C: partition-but how do you do this without Windows 10 CD-no I don't want to use CD for this tiny problem.

So is only 70 gb free hard disk on C: partition enough for Avira to install-and for how long this will work, since AVs are getting larger every year in both ram memory size and on hard disk as well-so can anyone give me some advices?
Big thanks to everyone in advance.

I can't understand what do you mean by
. The installation of Avira is 277 MB which creates a folder in program files of 575 MB, and 6 processes using very little memory (see attachment). Probably I misunderstood your question...

We filed a bug report to solve the issues with VirtualBox. The update will be first available in our beta portal if you like to verify the solution before it is available to public in general.

OK, but should I, because of Avira installed on my computer, increase the size of my C: partition?
    Big thanks in advance.
The problem is I don't know how to do it without Windows 10 CD, and I don't want to use CD just because I want my C: partition increases its size?
    I use Windows 10 64-bit.

All these answers still do not answer my questions:
Call me hyper-paranoid, but I'm seriously worried about these questions.

You don't have to be worried about the harddisk space taken by the AV, yo have a lot of space there and Avira will take less than 1 GB.
For the RAM is the same, Avira will not take all your RAM, as shown before, it will only take about 300MB of RAM... and it won't increase exponentially, so don't worry for the "how long it would take to reach..." :)

Sometimes when installing Avira updates, the updater window states "installing new files" with a progression bar, but it also says "transmitted: 0 kBytes" "remaining: 0 kBytes" (see attachment). Is it an error or nothing to worry about?

Avira prevents guest os from starting.
I found a temporary solution by disabling avipbb driver in device manager (can view it by showing hidden devices then expand non-plug and play drivers). Then restarted and virtualbox worked againg.
I thinks this driver is related to rootkit detection.

Has been the update successfully installed? I guess that the shown numbers do not reflect the install of the update but download of update files only. The numbers are set to zero during the installation. Nothjng to worry about.

Please note that Mail Protection and Web Protection will cease to function. The real-time protection is still active.

Well this may be, but most of the time this is not so, I mean normally when an update is downloaded and installed all the data is clearly visible... Please see attachment.
