Noticed my Kav tray icon not kicking in at startup and after the latest update a warning that the blacklist is corrupted.

Went over to Kavs forum and it seems quite a few are having this prob.

Noticed in other forums that people are having similar probs with a few different avs.

    Anyone know what's happening?

I've been having a problem with KAV updates today, and as of tonight it wasn't solved. It was hosing stuff. No fun.

    Thanks for the link.:)

I did go there earlier and tried the reg setting which wouldn't stick but placing Kav in the startup folder worked.

Noticed the same prob with AOL active shield on another pc as well.
