   Hello:I am using z/a personal,do you think,is this an acceptable choice,as
   freeware or should I go for something better,as freeware firewall too?

   Quite acceptable, as a matter of fact very good firewall, perfect for beginners not willing to go through a learning process, set the sliders on max and you will get very good protection.
