For those of you having trouble with this, do you have Pre-Release updates turned on?

We didn't have a single user here report any issues whatsoever today and ERAS doesn't show that it blocked a single thing on our 200 PC's in the last 4 days...which I know go all over the internet at some point throughout the day. However we do not have Pre-Release updates enabled.

We do not have pre-release updates turned on and several of our computers had this issue.

Hi, I added a post earlier about the trojan being detected when using Microsoft Live. I've seen a few subsequent post referring to different versions of IE. Note that I have IE installed (probably version 8 ) but I never use it. I've been browsing only with Google Chrome.
So this trojan seems to be affecting different apps using different browsers. When I scanned using NOD32 it sent a file "file.htm" for investigation.
Nothing since. I'll let you know if and when I hear something.

I turned my pc on later last night and it also sent an htm file for investigation. I do not have pre-release updates turned on.

5744 is the signature, and your ESET will update automatically. If you wish to update mannually then double-clcik the icon (bottom right) to launch the GUI and in there choose the Update option.
