    You probably seen a few softwares that minimizes windows to the system tray. Well this is a good one. Right click the title bar of each window to get the functions.

    I´ve checked it out a while back when it was still shareware, and I really liked the "taskbar sorter" feature, I almost wanted to buy it (and I hate buying software) but luckily Taskbar Shuffle came along. As for the other features, only "Stay-on-Top" sounds interesting, but there are other better solutions, like the already mentioned PowerMenu, or even better, Filebox eXtender which sadly, may not always work correctly because of conflicts with other software.
