I wasn't complaining, just making a request ;) But I would indeed rather have an informal detailed changelog than some vague formal changelog.

I'm laughing out loud. XD It's almost as detailed as Avast's (Which has a little more, but not much more, detail). ;)

I know but I don't want this thread to be about change logs! And they will not be posting the CL's in the Webroot Community Forums it's a privilege that we get them at all and they could stop without notice! :doubt:

    Cheers,

    TH

No auto update here yet. It usually takes a few days for me after an update has been released.

    Ugh...

Where did you guys get "polished" or "advertisement-like" or "vague" by "formal"?

When I said "formal" I meant just post all change logs in one consolidated place like an announcement or sticky so it is easy to refer to how the program has changed over time instead of having to hunt multiple threads.

I honestly don't see why making a sticky would make it an issue. Either way you are posting it on the same forum...here.

I understand it is a definitely a privilege and I am beyond thankful that Webroot has chosen to keep the Prevx transparency tradition of providing us with that information regularly.

I was just making a suggestion for easy consolidation and reference. No need to get defensive.

You can do that yourself just save all the CL's to Notepad and update it went a new one comes out or if you some other program we never had a sticky for any Prevx's updates so why do you think we would do it for WSA? All I care about for myself is the current Change Log for any new version that come out! We just see it in our own ways! ;)

You know that's actually not a bad idea. I think I might go back as far as I can find and do that. :thumb:

Btw: The only reason I really want to do it is so we have a single document of proof of all the massive developments being made on this awesome software. :thumb:

I want to make a master change log to shove it in a Norton fan boys face so I can show him the TRUE meaning of progressive, proactive, rigorous AV development. :D

And if that's true I better get busy :D
