The Mobile Complete mobile part isn't done yet. Webroot has asked customers to be patient because they found some bugs last minute and don't want to release it with bugs. So we're hoping to see it next week since it got delayed from this week.

You might want to peek at https://forums.webroot.com/ for Webroot's mobile stuff.

    Wake up there! Please.

I installed WSAC mobile via Market. It does not accept my login credentials.

Then I installed Webroot Security & Antivirus, accepts my login data, BUT asks more money, 15 euros! What a heck and mess. :p

WSA PC console does not reckon any Android phone. Pffftttt. As usual. *puppy*

Please contact WSA support https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp? as it's best way to get this issue corrected.

    Thanks,

    TH

You gotta use the "Complete" version (The other is the standalone).

For logon credentials, make sure you're using the same ones you use for my.webrootanywhere.com and if you used to have an old keycode that was 100% letters, use that instead of the converted one. You can also get better (And usually quicker) mobile help at the Webroot mobile forums: https://forums.webroot.com/

Hey TH, I've been told that the Webroot Mobile Forums is the best way to get stuff taken care of with mobile. Something about product managers and QA managers and advanced techs watching that forum, so it gets dealt with faster.

I think there might also be a different download for what you're looking for - could you see if there is a different app of Webroot SecureAnywhere specifically? The mobile forum will definitely be a better place as those developers are constantly monitoring it there :)
