running the latest version of complete. when i go to uninstall firefox 21 beta it finds a ton of threats. i think around 16-24 ill have to run it again. then it says installer failed.

then if i do a full scan after that it finds no threats.

no threats found with hitman, malwarebytes, eset and dr web cure it.

only when trying to uninstall firefox if i disable webroot i can uninstall firefox without issue.

see first pic for error second pic showing after a scan:

Without a Scan log to see I would Submit a Support Ticket so that support can have a look and it's probably because it's a Firefox Beta Build.

the nsis is due to wsa blocking some files from the firefox installer. as it starts the uninstall it blocks those files thus causing the nsis error. i can uninstall perfect without any issues and no nsis error with wsa disabled. also not due to it being beta. i just tried with build 20.0.1 and same results. tried with a new install file etc the only thing that fixes it is simply to disable wsa for the time then re-enable it after

problem is it blocks the files then says there are x amount of bad files and shows the red stop hand etc. then i let it scan and it finds nothing and shows the green check and there are no infections, so it has to be the way the files are behaving or something and it blocks then on execution but not during a scan

The support ticket submission will still send logs that indicate precisely what occurred so it can be remedied. It doesn't matter if it was on scan or live, the logs tell the story and the support ticket does the work for you.
