Would I be considerd a Commercial user or a ?

    Hi all,

    Sorry to bother but I am now going to d load my version of NOD32v2 and would like to know can I d load trail and add license to that or would it be a commercial version now that I have bought a licence. I cant find where to register as a user at Eset for downloads. Any help would be appreciated

    Hi FireDancer,

    If you have a license you must download the commercial version, prior to the download you have to fill in your username and password in order to download the file.

    ..plus a hint: in order to avoid typo's, just copy and paste the user name and password ;), when downloading the commercial version ;)

    Hi,

    Its asking for a entire network password I dont understand... do I need to register somewhere first?
    sorry for my thick skull :D

    that would be the AVXXXXXXXXX number they sent in the e mail with confrmation? I did not get a username

    I got it to open LOL I typed in ny puter name no pass and enter and it opened strange

    Just to be on the sure side here: you did provided the user name (AV...) plus the provided password, did you? If not, you might encounter expiration problems.

    Ok,

    I am stummped and now I feel stupid..

    I got a e-mail with a conformation number XXXX
    and long AVWXXXXXXXXXXX number (this is my user name) correct? where do I find my password or dos that come later?

    Both username + password should be in your mail ;)

    No need to. Just keep calm and follow the instructions.

    fill in/copy and paste:

    User name: AVxxxxx
    password: a combination from letters and numbers

    ..in the box that pops up. After doing so, you will be granted to download the executable.

    That's the first letter; the second letter will contain your user name and password. (Letter should be similar to what I posted above).

    In my case, the second letter arrived within minutes of the first letter. I don't know if that is standard, or if I was just lucky. :D
