Wireless Settings Missing in Restored Image

    See post #6 from Acronis Support in this thread. The latest build supposedly fixed this issue by removing *.bak, *.~, and *.tmp from the default exclusions. But as some have reported, they only changed the Windows version of TI 2009 and forgot to change the bootable recovery program.

    Hi Michael,

    I agree completely. Your thoroughness was what revealed the problem. It's not luck to be thorough.

    I'm glad that in the end the solution was simple and the Acronis software can do what you need.

    It's quite possible the recovery CD is a different team of programmers to the Windows lot! A case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
