The WinPatrol 28.9.2013.1 Update includes the following fixes:
• Handling of references to environment variable %windir%
• Services dialog crashing found by Delete on Reboot function.

For a small puppy, little Scotty seems to be frequently updated. I'm not much of a fan but I applaud Bill for keeping his proggy updated for such a long time seeing how this is after all a one-man show.

I tried this, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to work the damn thing? If I remember rightly it was prompting me on every single item on my system, After I allowed it access to over 100 files/programs or so I gave up and threw it out. Not saying it's a bad program, but it could be less Intrusive with it's access requests
