winpatrol cookie filter not working

Touched on this in another thread. Winpatrol does not delete cookies as it used to. Had to go back to an older version to get it to work. Version 15 worked on an xp. Thought maybe OS so updated to 18 and got loads of cookies. You are supposed to be able to chose a cookie filter for e.g. using the filter 'wilders 'would ensure cookies from wilders were deleted.If you use something that is in all cookies then all should be
