hi guys!

what is the easiest way for novices to determine which windows update
to keep or ignore ?

my specs:

OS Name Microsoft Windows XP Professional
System Name DELL4400
Total Physical Memory 768.00 MB
Service Pack 2 Build 2600
Intel Pentium(R)4 CPU 1.6GHZ

anyone know about this update?

i dont know too much about this stuff.
what i do know is that certain updates may destabilize the system.
can u tell me if this is ok to install + where can i find a lamens site
to scrutinize updates? i go to castlecops startuplist to find out
what startups are ok and which ones to ignore + this works.
are there such sites for updates ?
