Windows Half-open limit fix (patch)

    If you do P2P and online gaming or even general downloads, this patcher is the easiest way to fix the limit MS imposes for its non server OSs. Works on Vista and XP both x32 and x64 version.

    Hi Arup, (nice to see one for xp & vista) Event ID 4226 patch over here also. There is nothing you can change in the registry for xp as it is hard-coded, a patch is needed for tcpip.sys to change default. Vista default depends on which version you have (Ultimate = 25, decreasing to 2 in home basic)

    Meriadoc,

    The Event ID Lvlord patcher has not been updated for long and doesn't work on the latest tcpip.sys files from MS, furthermore lvlord also doesn't work on x64 OS, this one works on all with no issues and in case you do run into any issues the author personally gets back to you and responds.
