winconf.exe

    This file keep coming back in my root dir everytime i delete

    winconf.exe is detected by pestpatrol. my recommendation is to go to there website and run a free online scan. when it shows up in the list pick the + sign and it will list all the locations on your machine it is located. write them down as the free scan will not remove them. then either use regedit to remove the registry entries or post back here to get more help.
