Why is it that EarthLink detects Softpedia as scam?

    Everytime I visits softpedia my EarthLink toolbar w ScamBlocker always notifies me that this website is a scam, and I can't proceed to view that site page coz EarthLink toolbar will prevents it from loading the page. :p :rolleyes: :'( :mad:

    I was wondering which of them should I trust...:rolleyes: :cautious: ...the EarthLink toolbar ScamBlocker or the softpedia..o_O

    Hi sweater,

    I don't use EL Scamblocker, only EL Spamblocker for email, but I do use IE SpoofStick.

    You do have the Options button (on the right-hand side, just below the warning bar) that should allow you to see the website - afterall, it only urges you to proceed with caution.
