Why does my NOD32 look this way?

As you can see my trial just expired, I am planning on buying the suite as I really like it. But, anyways..

I did a scan in safe mode and afterwards I came back to normal mode and this is how my nod32 looked. Nothing seems to want to fix it either. I rebooted several times and killed the task in tm and restarted it, same thing. Hopefully I don't have to reinstall (augh).

I'm on vista if that helps.

    Thanks.

first uninstall ESS v621 and then delete these registry keys
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESET
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET
then install letest v642 and enjoy
