I downloaded and tested some of the anonymization OS's, i like Whonix, but its hard to work on it because of the low resolution(i run it on virtualbox), is it possible to somehow increase possibilities of resolution for the whonix workstation ?

You have two options. You could try scale mode. That will increase size, but not resolution. Or you could install guest additions. But adrelanos doesn't recommend that, because it's less secure.

However, if your host OS is whole disk encrypted, and you shut down the system when you're away, it's not a serious issue.

    Perhaps adrelanos can comment.

If Guest Additions isn't available, you can always do this under command line:
    cd C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\
    VBoxManage setextradata "VM_Name" "CustomVideoMode1" "widthxheightxdepth"

Then the new resolution should be available in the Guest OS settings. It doesn't need Guest Additions (being a VESA driver hack), even works in exotic OS like Haiku.
