Where do I find serial # on True Image 8 just purchased

    Just bought True Image and tried to install. Asked for serial # which I can't seem to find anywhere. Do I need to return product. This is first post ever anywhere, hope I'm in the right place.

    Welcome to Wilders.

    Sometimes serial no's. are inside the sleeve of the CD. I don't use Acronis but i have found them there in other software i have purchased.

    Thanks for the thought, but no good. Read guide on the cd, and looks like registration card and other material missing. Might have gotten a bad box. Will go and return to Frye's and buy a different product.
