where are the HOWTO.INSTALL and readme.txt files?!?

Hi there
I have downloaded TrueImage Server 9.1 for Linux.
I'm installing following the instructions on the user's manuali but after a while it says snapapip cannot be installed and I have to follow the instructions in HOWTO.INSTALL and readme.txt files to be able to compile it myself.. I cannot find these files anywhere in my system. Where should they be located? is there a link on you website that will take me to these files so that I can follow the instructions?

Please download and install the latest build (3567) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Linux which is available in the Product Updates section of our web-site.

If the problem with the installation still persists, please make a digital photo of the output along with the error message.

Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

As for manual installation, please find HOWTO.INSTALL file in /usr/lib/Acronis/TrueImageServer. It can help you to install the program.
