Man, I just hope v3 to settle down.
I really want to use it,
but I don't have the guts.

Right!!! I can't believe how unobservant some on this Forum are. Clearly the FW is updated as I stated and your attachments show; has nothing to do with regionalization language. That would be absurd.

Why is there no response from ESET ?!
I've paid quite a few bucks for the V3 release, but now I've end up running V2.7 because of the present bugs

I understand ESET is working hard to solve the issues, but why not communicate the progression.

Business is not only producing, but also communicating !!

I'm in exactly the same situation. I'm sure many others are, as well.
Well, I'm a software developer, too, so I can understand the predicament in which ESET finds itself. ESET would like to promise a bug-free release today, tomorrow, or next week. However, it's very difficult to anticipate every problem that may arise during development. Therefore, rather than make a promise that may not be realized, which would merely disappoint customers who are already frustrated, they choose not to make any promise at all.

Well I guess I jumped the gun didn't I? Sorry if I got people excited over nothing. I didn't know that they use different build numbers for other languages. Oh well, no biggy. I guess we'll just keep waiting huh?

Despite what Marcos has suggested, I don't think that a different version is released for each language. For example, the current Slovak version is 566, just like the current English version. My guess is that ESET translated into Polish an internal version (572) which is hardly different than the current version (566) available in the rest of the world.

That's absurd!!! Look at the screen folks. 572 has newer FW module from 566. That's the code difference. And it is probably a major upgrade to also elevate the version #. Version # reflects the snapshot of the underlying code, not a language regionalization. At least that's the way the rest of the software industry works.

But one of the jumping points is, whats about the local Versions ? I think, this one, which will maybe pushed out this month, will still based on the Build 566. The Build which consists of many bugs. So it seems, that ESET will push out an newer Version ( 100% only in slovak, czech an english ) before Christmas, and all others get only the builded Version 566. And then they have to wait many weeks to get an newer Build of their language.

It every time the same problem with procedere and really not fair.

You're kidding, aren't you :D This were the first time, others getting so early the newest installer as the english, slovak and czech.

Here we are talking about weeks or months, all others can profitate from that.

I cannot understand that ESET does not change this system, and it's always the same theme, that others have to wait many weeks or month and so are never really up to date.

It's not VERY bad. He has always had sound insight/comments in the past year or so that I have been active. This is the reason I was so surprised he said what he did. Eset has great versioning standards with granularity shown down to module level. Even the yyyymmdd dating is the logical and best way rather than mmddyyyy or ddmmyyyy!! :D

I hope someone from Eset clarifies this. If what he says is true it goes against international standards.
