what's problem?

    HI!

    My friend has a problem with NOD32. She cannot update NOD32 throught Control Center - if i click to UPDATE immediately nod32 will show me 'Cannot open socket'. So her nod32 was updated a ONE year before. her username and password is ok. where is problem?

    The oper. system itself doesn't let NOD32 open a socket, most likely there's another application conflicting with NOD32 installed. Please send a Hijackthis log (google for a working link) from that machine to support@nod32.com with a link to this thread.
