whats best password orginizer or low cost one

preferably one thaqt is cloud based or somthin so if my pc crashes or somthin i can access or login sorta like a program i used called dashlane but i believe it was expinsive, wich i cant do right now but is worth it

however id like to find one that also can backup/encrypt not localy like cloud backups i think it is. also a form filler would be nice to

 

Why wasn't Dashlane Free enough for you? Is it "SECURE ACCOUNT BACKUP"? If so, LastPass should be the obvious answer, because it appears to include that feature for free.

KeePass database in DropBox? Pick a good pass because it leaves your machine with that method.

Another option is putting the KeePass database into a BitTorrent Sync network. (Both pieces of software are free.)

If one of your machines is always on, for example an NAS, you will have around the clock real-time database syncronization on trusted machines that are under your control.
