What means the 2nd + 3rd column?

    The second column is to allow/block the application (the 1st column just indicate if the rule is enabled or not). When the icon is yellow, it means additional ports/IP are set for this application.

    The 3rd column controls what goes to the log. If there is no icon, nothing goes to the log, with ! only blocking alerts go to the log, with !! you get all the details for allowed applications (this one is not supposed to be set all the time for many applications, because it will fill the log with many alerts for nothing, it is used only sometimes to verify precisely what an allowed application is using as for port/IP).

    In advanced mode you get another column to control if the application is allowed to start another application which connects to internet.
