    My favs are:
    CDBurnerXP http://cdburnerxp.se/
(You need at least 2.0 of .NET Framework with CDBurnerXP)
    or
    BurnAware (free) http://www.burnaware.com/burnaware_free.html
(Watch for the install page where the Ask Toolbar is pre-checked to install. Make sure to uncheck the 3 boxes that page shows!)

A lot of users like ImgBurn. But I don't... :)

Been using a Burnaware free version from before the toolbar was included and it seems to work fine.

The portable InfraRecorder looks pretty good and I'm gonna give that one a run next time I need to burn anything.

What Han said in post #2. BurnAware doesn't support copy disc but that is minor. CDBurnerXP doesn't have the simple interface that BurnAware has. I like both :) .

I second that, ImgBurn is excellent and comes with lots of features, you can check OPC on drives that support it.

imgburn hands down... my second free choice would be ashampoo but it does lack a few things my number one thing is it cant do cd text properly only if its in the online database. i use imgburn almost exclusively now. i own a slew of burning programs including nero and roxio and now i wonder why i ever bothered. imgburn does have a slight learning curve though to use it to its fullest. i for sure recc a trip to their forum if you are new to it.

ive tried infra, star burner, burnaware, burnerxp etc etc none compare to imgburn especially the newest version

    1. ImgBurn (definitely one of the best and most dependable)
    2. Ashampoo (own latest version but use Imgburn more frequently)
