what is port 1025 used for

I have some user who are using port 1025 blackjack

What is this port used for and can you tell me why they are using it

Can you provide a little more detail on where/how you are seeing this port used?
When trying to figure out connections (or firewall logs) it is helpful to know the application if possible, protocol, source and destination IP's/ports.
