What is "Get Flash"

    Hello Everyone: I got rid of VCatch and Flash Get because of spyware etc. Now I noticed there is a "Get Flash" On my Partial Apps in Outpost firewall. Can any one tell me if this is Spyware or does it have to do with Macromedia? Thanks, Tom
