For system friendly and light resource usage, I heartly recommend and have used successfully Kerio 2.1.5, LooknStop, and CHX-I. However, if you are not knowledgeable about firewalls, ZoneAlarm or Kerio 4.2.3 will do just fine. Kerio 4.2.3 offers the most amount of protection along with LooknStop of the above. However, LooknStop runs MUCH lighter. Another light one that is free and offers a ton of protection is Jetico, but I have not yet dived into it yet. Good Luck

Do a search for firewalls here in the NOD forum. Many posts have been made on this subject.

One note, there is no reason most firewalls won't work with NOD. Avoid those with a built in antivirus program.
