What's similar to SELinux, but can run under Windows 7? For example, I was reading online that Fedora offer SELinux that's nothing but pure security. Does Windows offer something like that?

Windows has only 1 thing remotely similar to SELinux, and thats integrity levels. Files are labeled as low, medium or high integrity, and programs with low integrity cannot modify medium or high. Internet Explorer is marked as low integrity by default. In Control Panel > Internet Options, it is called Protected Mode.
