What are module updates?

    No idea, I thought they got rid of that in the new blurry version.

    I assume that the question is about the events log entries that say: "The program modules have been updated". None of the executable files seem to have been updated by these events.

    Besides daily signature updates, lately I've been getting alerts about the program modules being succesfully updated.

    every now and then modules are updated by eset. nothing to worry about. this actually meens that parts of the AV software are being replaced by new versions, so they can work better because of specific needs. for example today 3/3/2008 the antivirus and antispyware module was updated, with improved functions. all u have to do is to check the data of every module in help and support/about ESET nod32 antivirus in the gui.
