webroot window washer

I have the new version and want to create a bootable cd for the washing they have, washer does not see either of my cd burners Any ideas? It is under wash utilities, webroot system eraser!

I'd recommend going to the Webroot Support at:

http://www.webroot.com/support/?WRSID=747fb3f0dc808ce3347b17993de26510

and submitting a ticket describing the problem and providing some detail about your system. I've always had good luck with 1-2 day response from their support group.

Thanks, I opened a ticket. I installed on another computer and there was no problems! I wonder what is going on, very weird!
