    Hi all,

I used to subscribe to Spysweeper and haven't used it for 2 years. They still to this day send me notification via e-mail that i need to renew my subscription. Every time i checkmark all option's(newsletter etc) then select unsubscribe it says the unsubscribe is temporarily unavailable and to phone them up. Temporarily unavailable? For two years!!! Yeah, sure. This is the kind of off-handed behaviour i would expect from a rougue application and as such i feel it's time to name and shame. This is not something i tend to do but enough is enough. It's pretty obvious the unsubscribe is a hoax probably there to confirm someone is still using that e-mail address. All i'll say folks is that if you ever consider using Webroot then think about it first.

Yes, I have blocked them now. Not how i wanted this to pan out as a few years ago i touted them about the various forums saying how good Spysweeper was. Well it was back then! And thanks for the comment about my Avatar. It's the sorceress from the cartoon series He-Man.
