scan wif nod32 normal scan and AH.. cant detect.. take note

this is getting pretty serious at least on my side.. i recieve W32/Mywife.A.worm wif the follow message, at least 2 times a day

This Virus infects computers using many new ways :

1- it arrives as an email attachment inside of jpg pictures.
2- it infects the ip address without the victim's knowledge.
3- it infects Microsoft Word Documents using a new exploit in hex (00fxf0xf10x).

but i did a scan using f-prot, it is detect as W32/Mywife.A.worm(exact)
u guys need to fix this fast.. it seem like macfee doesnt detect this too..
