virus signature update problem

    Version of virus signature database is old 5036 (April 17). But when I try to update, I see this notification " Your version is up to date. No update necessary." What can I do ? Thanks

    The fastest solution would probably be uninstalling EAV (use the uninstall tool in case of problems) and downloading the latest version from the ESET website. Otherwise I'd suggest contacting customer care and providing them a log from SysInspector as well as the content of the %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\updfiles" folder.
