Virus signature database could not be updated

    I am receiving the following error message from ESS:

    Virus signature database could not be updated
    Undocumented serious error (0x101a)

    This is with ESS version 3.0.672.0

    Any ideas on what is wrong?

    Uninstalling and reinstalling did the trick.

    Sometimes its because of the serial and username. Try to enter the username and password once more time.
