    no p2p, good firewall + updated Antivirus and common sense. :D

    i think common sense is the most important as it guides you (if it works well) not to use p2p, to be carefull and use a firewall and even an anti-virus

    For attack number 2, use noscript extension if you use Fx and for attack number 1, it is not an attack against you and there is probably not much you personally can do ...that is up to how the filesharing is organized not anything you do or don't do.
