Version 3 taken down?

    Am running 3.0.563. After reading a thread on the sending of statistical information I went to see how often my program was sending it and realized the program was not running. Tried to start and it would not do so. Did a repair installation and am now doing a manual scan of my drive. The log shows the program started as usual this morning and did a signature update at around 11am Whatever happened took place after that.

    When I tried to start the program I got a blank control panel and eventually a message about something being unable to communicate with either the kernel or the service. Should have made a note of this but didn't as was concerned about getting the program up and running again.

    Feeling a little concerned about now.
