    A good idea just as long as the posts are quickly looked at by the support staff :p

    They also need an English beta sub-section as with the main German Forum.

    This is a good idea.
    The support by e-mail has always been responsive and fast when I needed it.I'll be surprised if the same quality of support isn't available at the forum.

    The support offered may be slightly different as I presume the German staff, and not those from Belarus, will oversee the new English Forum :doubt:

    Although Mitya seems to be from Belarus!
