Using Winamp skins with VLC

    Does anyone know how to use Winamp skins with VLC and explain it in a way a dummy can understand? The instructions I've found online all say to select "Settings" from the VLC inerface then "Skins2." My interface doesn't have "Settings," neither can I find "Skins2" anywhere. I don't want to ask at the VideoLAN forum as I can never understand their instructions anyway. I'm using VLC 1.1.10. Thanks a lot. (image attached)
