UserID & password for download

    I purchased a 2 year license online 3 days ago and so far I have not got any e-mail with userID and password. How long does this usually last?
    Sales@ and support@ does not answer my e-mail

    Hi Jay,
    please send me a PM with your email address. We certainly have responded to all email sent to support@nod32.com we've got so far. Also, I'm gonna send you a PM with temporary username and password which you can use to download & update NOD32 in the meantime.

    My mail was sent to support@eurosecure.com. By now I have got my information. I had to call the company to get my passwords. Don't know what went wrong.
