USB--'ultimate security breakdown'?

    Well, this is easily blocked in windows (using gpedit.msc), and just as you have the floppy and the cd, i don't think this would make a bigger security breach.

    Welcome to Wilders Scorpius!

    Could you elaborate on where specifically in gpedit.msc one would implement policies or controls to restrict or limit USB access? How effective would this be? Would it allow only certain users to access certain USB devices?

    There is a software called DeviceLock that appears to handle all this. Any thoughts on this product?
