USB pop-up message

    I am running (on my desk PC) XP pro together with WIN7 using FD-ISR.
    I have 4 snapshots - 2 XP and 2 WIN7.
    When using XP snapshots I get a message popping-up at the System Tray

    "Power surge On Hub Port
    A USB has exceeded the power limits of its hub port.
    For assistance in solving the problem, click the message"

    This message does not appear when using Win7.
