urls for Win32/Nuwar.Gen worm

NOD32/ESS is doing a great job blocking these, i'm getting lots of E-Greeting cards with links to this worm at the moment and everyone has been recognised by NOD32/ESS. Uploading them to VirusTotal shows that quite a lot of AVs, including the big names, are not detecting them or are slow doing so.

I just want to know whether Eset would want the emails forwarding to them so the url can be added to the block list? or are they likely to be defunct soon anyway so no need?
