    Hi there,

I recently renewed my licence for Nod32. I've had an email to confirm this. I am now trying to update my Virus Signature Database and I get an error "server connection failure". The update goes through all the servers but doen't find one it can connect to. I'm connected to the internet and my connection speed is fine.

Windows and zonealarm are also not seeing NOD32 as active. Zonealarm is setup to allow NOD32 to access all the right places. The AMON start button is greyed out (this could be normal, I can't remember).

    Any ideas?

No that did not work. I didn't have an issue with this until recently. I have been running zonealarm and Nod32 for a while. Anyone else?

You could try uninstalling NOD32, restart your computer, delete the ESET folder and reinstall the program using the default settings. Restart and see if it updates.

The Amon button shouldn't be grayed out.
