Update to True Image 9 won't re-install!!!

    I upgraded from TI 8 (bought at Fryes) to TI 9 in April (from Acronis) website.

    My laptop died (I have a USB backup using TI 9, containing the TI 9 download/upgrade). On my new laptop I used my Digital RIver email (from Gmai) to get my TI 9 license.

    When I try and install the TI 9 upgrade to my new laptop, I get asked for my TI 9 and PREVIOUS license (which is long gone)!!!!

    So, now I am DEAD in the water. I've purchased other Acronis products and love the software. What can I do?

    If you have not registered your serial number for Acronis True Image 8.0, please submit a request for technical support. Provide the information confirming your purchase of Acronis True Image 8.0 (a photo of your receipt or installation CD, where did you purchase our product, etc.). Please also provide your serial number for Acronis True Image 9.0 Upgrade and e-mail you used to purchase the software. We will try to help you as soon as possible.
