Unknown malware sending messages from my address book

    I understand that there is an Advanced Malware cleaner available which can run on Windows Media Player. I have tried several anti-virus products, plus free Malware Bytes, also Super Spyware Professional but nothing has helped.

    I have Windows 7 64 bit. If there is any other information you need, please let me know.
