Uninstalling Acronis TrueImage

I sold a PC where I had installed Acronis TrueImage.
I uninstall it however the new owner of the PC says that when he installed some software a warning appears:

"You are running Acronis TrueImage and this program is incompatible with it. Please uninstall it before to continue"

Is there any "cleaner" that uninstall completely TI and that this person can run on the PC?

I've not tried the instructions on the ATI trial version but, as it's fully functional (other than it has a 15 day limitation), I would say the answer is "yes".
